Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Bird Of Flight shoes! If they're not quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are always free.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, shoes must be:

• Unworn
• In their original packaging
• Returned with the shoe box in good condition

Please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box. To help keep your shoes in returnable condition, try them on indoors on a clean surface such as a rug, towel, or flattened cardboard. This allows us to confidently find them a new home if they're returned.

As a small business, we're unable to cover return shipping costs for refunds, but we're happy to cover shipping for exchanges.

If you'd like help with a return label, email us at hello@birdofflightshoes.com. We'll send you a shipping label and simply deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.
