Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Bird Of Flight accepts returns within 14 days of the receipt of your shoes. We offer free exchanges.  The shoes must be unworn and in their original packaging.  Please do not use the shoe box as a shipping box.   Please try your shoes on a rug or clean indoor surface (we suggested clean, flattened cardboard boxes or towel) so that we may feel good about selling them to someone else, if you choose to return or exchange. We are a small business and we apologize, but we are not able to pay for return shipping, but we cover shipping on exchanges. If you need help with a shipping label, email us at hello@birdofflightshoes.com . We will then email a label to you and deduct the cost of shipping from your return.

All marked down shoes are final sale. This does NOT include full price items bought with coupon codes.
