Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Bird Of Flight accepts returns within 14 days of the receipt of your shoes. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. When opening the box, please first try your shoes on a rug or clean indoor surface so that we may feel good about selling them to someone else, if need be. We are just a tiny business so we apologize, but we are not able to pay for return shipping. If you need help with a shipping label, email us at hello@birdofflightshoes.com . We can email a label to you and deduct the cost of shipping from your return.
